Not sure how you can dislocate a hip without damaging cartilage. The whole capsule is torn when the bone comes out. That's why it takes months to rehab even without a fracture.

Leach signing was inevitable with Pitta out. Thus should allow Juice to play more of a HBack/TE role. He isn't ready to be a lead blocker from reports I have seen.
