Scout better.

Ha. I scouted all the physical attributes for most players, but I didn't find many with good attributes.

I'll do better next time I swear :P

So they moved the Rams in 2014. Now called the "London Bulldogs"

....madden must know something

Haha, the Rams in my franchise (which I admittedly haven't played since GTA V came out) are moving in 2014 as well... to Mexico City as the Golden Eagles. Saw that in the news feeds and at the beginning of the season and thoughr "wow random." Kind of cool that if you choose to not play as a player/coach/owner for a team they will still make random decisions like that.

I finish a season on madden 25 or madden 14 and the game says Ray Lewis is coming back, what is that about.

Yeah, he came out of retirement in my franchise too. Picked him up, and he's leading my team in tackles. He has four picks to go along with it. Weird as it is, I'm down with it.

Just realized there is no create a team feature. And Ultimate team is really messed up too. I played some random guy online week one of my ultimate team, I scored then he quit (because that's what happens when you play madden online) and they gave me a loss. How is thay fair?

They didn't fix all the BS from 13.  Just had a player glitch through Pitta for an INT against me.

thats not as bad as 3 corners boxing in torrey or tandon or brown and no flag ,  oddly enough I was playing in Pitt

I guess EA will say well you wanted it realistic right ....

I'm not as displeased as I was with last years iteration, but EA is still lucky they have the money to prevent competition.  At least they're losing money now that they can't make NCAA too.

PS4 out Friday and EA has only showed next gen Madden in zoomed footage up until now. No reviews anywhere yet or no gameplay videos. That can't be good.

For yearly sports titles I'd wait a year anyway. Let them figure out how to utilize the new boxes before buying it since you know it's coming out next year too.

Yeah just saw that. Apparently the embargo doesn't lift until after release on Friday morning.

So glad to be playing this game again. Finally replaced my first copy of Madden 25 that got scratched. Really enjoying this Madden and is the first Madden I have really enjoyed since Madden 12.

Just had the most realistic Ravens game ever. First drive, settle for 3. Vikings score up 7 to 3. Jacoby returns a kickoff(ran to the Vikings sideline to see if Frazier was wanting to trip Jacoby lol) for a TD, Ravens up 10-7. Game stays close for a while, Flacco throws a few interceptions. Heading into the 4th quarter, Ravens down 17-10. Defense forces a 3 & out. Jacoby returns a Punt for a TD tying the game. Tucker kicks game winning FG, Ravens win 20-17.

I love M25.

Madden continues to be horrible when it comes to the secondary because everyone on the field knows where the ball is 100% of the time. The DB could be turned around and knows the ball is in the air. Drives me nuts

Anyone played the next gen version yet?  I'm wondering what's different.

Yeah i have. In all honestly, nothing is much different. Better graphics obviously, and running is a little harder for some reason. But other than that, nothing. Its disappointing. NBA 2k14 on next gen had a good amount of changes from the current gen version. Madden seemed to just copy/paste it without anything new.

That should really upset people, I believe they lauded the next gen version for having a new engine. Seriously, if they didn't buy that exclusive deal I'm sure most of us would be playing NFL 2k14 instead. Did they at least fix the bugs?

Has anyone tried controlling all 32 teams in Franchise? How much of a pain is it? The reason I ask is I want to replicate the season up to this week and want the records to all be right. Plus I am starting a single Franchise with Houston and will replicate their season and rebuild them.

All pro football 2k8>Madden 25

No joke

Rumor has it that 2k might be trying to get back in the game, since EA's contract ends after this season I believe.  If there was an NFL 2k15 I would be so happy.

Still unhappy with the physical ratings of the draft classes. I scouted every attribute for the WRs in this draft class, more than half had a C rating in speed, agility, and/or acceleration. Hope that gets addressed, makes drafting a pain in the butt. Same goes for MLBs and CBs.

So I drafted Bridgewater 7th overall somehow while Mettenberger (1st overall) and Manziel both went ahead of him lol. Still, Teddy has been doing good for me, leads the NFL in yards on my pass heavy Jags team (I traded MJD away and signed Ben Tate in FA who's been out with a torn shoulder)

I just bought the game this afternoon and am potentially going to return a copy of Madden for the first time since being introduced to the series in 2002. The changes in fluidity from the PS3 to the PS4 are mind-boggling. Simply put, it's no longer present. In what were well-constructed running mechanics on the PS3, this ability has taken a nose dive on the PS4. Controlling the ball carrier feels like driving a cement truck, or rather one stuck in cement. The animations are somewhat robotic, and the slight speed up in game-play doesn't help in this matter. I'll give credit where it's due. The graphics are slightly better and the menus are noticeably faster than the ones from the current generation consoles. With regards to the game-play, the defense has been somewhat retooled. The block shedding and pass rushing are finally effective, as they were an issue in the original version. But overall, the change in the running mechanics has greatly hindered my experience. I loved the ability to make cuts as I pleased on the PS3. Instead, on a superior console, the ball carrier either makes unnecessary motions before turning upfield or takes awkward and unexpected angles to the destination, inhibiting the concept of setting up moves. At times, it feels like I'm not in control of the player. Being a Madden owner for over a decade, I've been disappointed with EA before, which shouldn't come as much of a surprise to anyone familiar with the series, or the company for that matter. But this issue makes it almost unenjoyable for me personally.

Not surprised, I haven't seen good things about the next gen versions.  I still think Madden 11 is the best version I own.

there is so many things madden needs to improve.  to name a few there is no clipping calls on the o-line.  You can easily get a TD on a kick return by simply changing directions.  There are some unstoppable plays.  The trucking on some QB and RB is crazy.  Madden is highly favored for the offense.  I see some wide open dropped picks that my dead grandma can catch.  I hope the next madden can fix these problems
