EA overhauls all Game Engines in 1 Fell Swoop

Looks interesting, but they are just setting things up for next year's version of all their titles already because this new engine isn't going to be in the games they are set to release this year.

 

Edit: My mistake, should have read the video description lol Though its only going to be avaible on the next-gen consoles.

 

I will say the flyovers of the stadiums look much better in the trailer than what they have currently had.

EA sports now has a basketball game? Nba live?? Don't know, but if they have a my player mode I wanna grab that.

2k my player keeps freezing on me and it pisses me off like crazy! Same problem in last years game they haven't fixed. It's like they don't care!!


I don't really notice anything different though.

I don't care what it looks like, I care what it plays like.  Glitching through players for interceptions and superhuman jumping are far more pressing issues than how the stadium looks.

I'd be happy if the crowd was a bunch of stick figures as long as the linebackers stopped picking off post routes and the broken defensive line play gets fixed. For pete's sake, no linebacker can jump like that. The "pass rush" in Madden is just pathetic. The dline play is just unrealistic.

While playing M13 sometimes the computer will cheat while you're controlling the ball carrier. You've probably all experienced this when for no reason the ball carrier slows down, becomes slightly unresponsive to controls then he'll stick his arm out holding the ball and seemingly fumbles the ball upon contact. They should name that glitch reverse-showboating.

Last year they never said anything about AI corrections for the line or the the D backers or line  this  year they have  I am hopeful
