Batman: Arkham Origins

Anyone else as excited about this game as I am? As the title indicates, the story is set before Arkham Asylum and City. So pumped that Black Mask is the main villain and that Deathstroke is a playable character.

I will third this. I played this series for the first time with City and I was very impressed and went back and played Asylum. I'm very excited for this game.

A Wade/Slade crossover would be mind-blowing. I was pretty surprised to learn they've only "officially" met in the comic-verse once.

Deadpool is getting his own game though.

Deathstroke on the other hand will be playable in the challenge mode which is awesome.

I saw a trailer for Deadpool's game recently and it looked pretty good.

I feel that this game will be a let down compared to City. City reminded me of the old spider man game's where being able to roam the city and do side quests while performing the main story line was a huge part of it. If this takes place prior to both Asylum and City, I cant imagine it being that vast of an area to explore. Still should be a good game and the story line seems interesting.

You're right, but its kind of hard to have one game be perfection, let alone two in the same series. Forget about having three perfect games in one series, that's nearly impossible. If anyone can pull it off, it'll be this group who puts this series together. Still, storyline wise, this should be an excellent game.

The map is going to be twice as large as City's was.

No but they are actually adding a whole new part of Gotham to the Map. The area from City is called Old Gotham and the part of Gotham across the bridge is New Gotham. Trust me, if they add a Fast travel system; you know its going to be a significantly larger map.

I LOVE Batman, I love the Arkham games, when I got Asylum I played it for 8 hours straight that day, I can't wait for this one to come out, I want to get a Batman tattoo on my back but I'm not sure exactly what I want, but I'm leaning towards the artwork on this sweatshirt my Mom got me, I love the darkness of it, it'll match my other tattoo's in that way
