Steelers W Over Patriots Better Or Worse For Us?

i admit that im a steelers fan so alot of this will be viewed as fan biased but i see us dominating the cowboys....the steelers play the best at this time of year. we are a cold weather team the cowboys on the other hand play in texas....our defense lives for 30 and under games and thats what they will find in pitt i predict a repeat of yesterday starring romo and his sidekick owens

If you're in 1st place in the AFC North you go to the playoffs. Period. You get to play at home. I don't want to worry about well, if this team loses to ththat team and that team beats this team, but then loses to another team. I want to be in first place, I want to be sittin pretty, and I want to call all my friends who love the Steelers and piss them off!

That's what sucks. The Steelers get Dallas in Pittsburgh. While we'll have an emotional "last game in the Texas dome" game in Dallas.

People say well the Ravens haven't beaten anybody yet, they can't beat teams with a winning record, they've only beaten teams they're suppose to beat...well, ok, I'll give them that but what have the Steelers done to make them this big bad AFC top dog?

Better teams include Ravens by 3 in OT, Skins are over rated, Patriots (BS win. This game shouldn't count. They didn't beat New England they out lucked New England. Don't get it twisted.)

Their wins have come from teams with a combined losing record of 40-63-2

-Eagles

Their Losses have come from teams with a combined winning record of 24-10-1

And they're so much better than us bcuz....??? Steelers are over rated. We would have beaten them the 1st go round AT THEIR HOME if it wasn't for a stupid penalty. Ravens would have also beaten the Titans if it wasn't for a BS roughing the passer penalty. Put that in perspective, we should be 10-2 and the Steelers should be 8-4. But It is what it is. It's all good tho cuz I like staying under the Radar. It puts unspoken fear into opposing teams hearts. Nobody wants to face the Ravens come playoff time everyone knows that.

Steelers next 4 games (2 on the road) are against teams with a combined record of 31-17. Don't get so cocky Steeler fans your team hasn't proven jack squat yet.

The Steelers winning over NE gave us a better chance at a Wildcard spot, which is not bad. (Remember 2000) Even if we go 2-2 down the stretch, we will still be over NE and MIA by virtue of tiebreakers.

It diminished our chances to win the AFC North, however. There's no doubt that we still have a chance at the division, but it just will be harder. The game vs. the Steelers in our house will be BIG for the AFC North.

I agree the steelers beating the Patriots gives us some leeway in the battle for the wildcard while getting us farther away from the division. However, I think it was better because now were a game ahead of the patriots only have to worry about the colts until we lose agian. Looking into the future of our schedule, this comforts me a little bit.

The way I see it, I'm focusing on sunday night and when the Steeler game comes up the week after that, we'll dispute who is and who isn't the better team in our house.

Quite obviously if we lose to the Steelers we don't have a shot at winning the division (or deserve too). But they're pushing Ben to throw alot and their RBs are dropping like flies. Our secondary is healthy, the offense is putting up numbers now, and the game is in Baltimore.

Pitt over Pats is better in the big picture because the Pats don't have anyone else of note left on their schedule. Pit has one very loose able game (TN) and one loose able game (Cowgirls).

first of all everygame is loseable and second i think the cowboys game is going to be harder than the titans....the titans arent as healthy as when you played them and the game was stolen from you and we play just like you, and if we play like we did yesterday that game can be ours easily
