I spend $5 on a slice of pizza at school from Papa Johns.

You jus proved my point.

Plus $1 if I want a water.

And they won't let me go to the taco truck across the street where I can get a high quality burrito for $5.

It's BS man

First world problems, y'all.

How come there are 1st-World problems and 3rd-World problems, but not 2nd-World problems?

First world problems, y'all.

I figured you were the guy to go for this since you work with tv and stuff.

How many script writers(if you're working on a tv show set) or prompt writers(if youre working on a news cast) does your work provider hire per year.

If you work on tv, I like telling stories that can Carry out for long periods of time.

I think a screenplay guy wouldn't be bad for me. I enjoy it and it clears my head. How many do you have that works in your company?

Because mediocrity isn't essentially a problem?

Brilliant.

Now to just wait to get into college while somehow maintaining a 3.5 GPA.

I worked in news back in the day. Big market. We had dozens of writers.

Ah. Ok, cause I'm interested in that.

Tbh I'm interested by every that doesn't have to do with Math class in general lol.

Computer Programming? I seem to be good at that. I'm set to take AP Game design next year

Music? AP music theory next year

Science? Never done the best job at it, but have always enjoyed it. AP Chem next year

History? Prob my favorite subject. AP Euro this year, AP U.S History next year.

English seems to be my best subject and I'm set to take AP Lit.

I'm not brainy just interested in a lot lol. But I'm good with writing creatively is what I noticed lol. So I just wanted to know lol.

Thank you

My pleasure. Ask away if you have questions. I will say that working in a newsroom can be pretty depressing. Good news doesn't really make good news. It's usually all bad.

I'm qualified to take an AP film course next year too (Lol, I'll have so many college Credits :P.)
Would that be helpful or would some creative writing course be better.

Also. If you want to script write, I'd suggest taking a favorite show or movie and read its script(s) to familiarize yourself with the craft.

I proof read quite a few people's writing at work. I write many of the spots myself. Short promos and such.

There's not a movie you've watched a million times? Because you'll see the movie as you read the script.

Breakfast Club would be a great start. No crazy directions, just an awesome dialog script. ;)
