At 2? He basically has his pick of any QB in the league and he chooses to go after a mediocre qb that he can make average with Calvin instead of a great QB?

Calvin is really in a class of his own at WR...I do not see that as a reach, both he and AD deserve to be very high picks and have the ability in a sense to carry a team much like a QB

Give Stafford Some credit. He threw for 5k. Only 1600/5k went to CJ. 3400 went else where.

I would rather had the star QB than relying on Calvin to make w/e qb he gets 60 picks later look like a star. Thats just my opinion.

Hey, it's his draft. Not mine. I don't know if I would have done it, but he has a Hell of a player and the undisputed best WR in the entire NFL.

This makes sense. Your drafting a franchise. Brady and Brees are in their mid 30's and wont be able to contribute to the health of your franchise long term. Luck on the other hand can and is already a phenomenal QB. I had him ranked as #2 in my mock for this. (Calvin at 5 after 4 qbs)

Why all the hate for Calvin Johnson? This is a franchise and I think he has the potential to be as good as Jerry Rice (possibly better) when it's all said and done.

I like the pick. He still has 4-5 great years in him IMO.

I wouldn't consider another position until 18 qbs are gone. Another 3 maybes after that. After that you are sunk.
