Fair enough. I'm at least happy to have landed Cox, who I was strongly considering in the previous round. He's put up terrific outputs in his last two seasons. At 26 with his physical tools, I was surprised at some of the CBs taken ahead of him. He'll fit in very well as the #2 behind Jackson.

The pick is in. Was definitely disappointed to see some of the names gone, like Todd Herremans, Danario Alexander, Dan Williams and Junior Galette.

Well in my offense, he has the luxury of not being the workhorse back the Raiders have tried to make him become. Instead, he'll be just another weapon in the Peyton Manning-led offense.

 

And he's played two 13 game and two 12 game seasons. Not great by any means, but he doesnt miss half the games either.

Good pick talent wise. Idk how he fits into your scheme since idk who you took offensive line wise, but whatever it is he wont be healthy for the full 16 so get a backup plan

Pick is in. I really like Fluker, the only knock he had coming out was his pass protection against speed rusher, but as I already have Vollmer and Fisher as my tackles I will play him at the Guard position where his liability will be limited to a minium. In my opinion he anyways is a better guard than Tackle as he is not as quick on his feet to control outside rusher, but has the strength and mean streak that you love to have from your guards, he and Warmack absolutely destroyed opposing defenders

Grrr... He was gonna be my next pick. Him, Asamoah, and Mangold would of made a great interior.

Well I'm definitely not planning on a zone blocking scheme, McFadden was terrible in the Raiders attempt at that last year.

I also know a few people didn't like my McPhee pick either, but I love the youth and potential that my defense has to grwo together and develop. After all this franchise is not currently bound by a salary cap lol

I think the hate was obviously over the top. You are probably going to end up with a wicked defensive front in all likelihood. You probably could have picked up Williams in another rd or two, but you never know who will last.

True, in the end I may have been able to get McPhee and Williams a few rounds after I got them, then again I may not have because of their youth and they have a raised profile here because of the team they play for.
