Uniforms aren't a huge deal but I prefer my team to knock you out and look classy doing it. They aren't at all my team, but imo football uniforms don't get any better than this:

No... There's one that's better

Just classic right there

Are you comparing 2010 Chad Ochocinco and TO to Calvin Johnson and Brandon Marshall?

That's an insult

Also Morris>Benson

My OL>There's

Not in ability no, it's the fact that they are 2 star receivers that demand the ball or at least attract a double team on almost every play.  There is no time having 2 star wideouts together has ever worked out.  You can say Roddy and Julio, but Jones is far from a star and White has been a very humble player.  Marshall, not so much.

There's a reason Lewis dumped them both for Green ;)

Those are all nice, but I prefer Bama's. Something about that crimson and white with the number on the helmet that just says class.

Eagles had solid depth behind their players

eg Bryce Brown, Maclin, Avant, Demetrius Bell, etc

Bell was so bad he got benched for the third string guy in King Dunlap

Avant really? Avant replaces D jax and in any case

Maclin Avant (1400 yds 7 tds combined) > Shorts + Blackmon (1800 yds 12 tds combined). That is crap

Brown was really the only decent depth and lets be honest he's nowhere near Shady's level.

The Jags had a better combo of wideouts and their o line which includes Eugene Monroe. Marcedes Lewis on top of that.

Bama and Notre Dame are always the two the come to mind instantly.

I disagree with that. Jones is a STUD.

Snee is coming off hip surgery which may keep him out until the start of the season,(altho he is expected to be at camp fwiw), is 31, and a lot of ppl here in ny want him and Diehl replaced. I think Pff had him grading out negatively for like 6-7 straight weeks. Good run blocker though. https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2011/11/08/re-focused-giants-patriots-week-9/

As for Kerley, I feel like he was the beneficiary of how bad the Jets were and is numbers were somewhat inflated due to how that offense went. I also feel better picks were on the board.

Snee only had 3 negative weeks all season, none were back to back and one of them was -.1 so that is basically average. He was the 13th best graded guard for the season and over the past 5 years has a +78 grade.

Agreed. I'm also a fan of Texas' and for a more modern look FSU's (even though I hate the team).

Roddy and Julio is definitely a star tandem

Randy Moss and Wes Welker?

Anquan Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald?
Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison?

Moss and Welker is the closest thing you will find, but they both do totally different things well.  Wes is a slot guy and moss is a deep threat... and they had Brady.

Fitzgerald took over the #1 role from Boldin, they were not 2 stars at the same time.

Same here Harrison was the #1 wideout until he left Wayne was the secondary player.

All three of them had great QBs anyway

Julio, but Jones is far from a star

I'm not sure if you are being serious right now. Julio is definitely a star in the league, he is a dominant playmaking WR with the size and physical tools to get significantly better than he already is. If you don't think Jones is a star idk what you have been watching.

Jones is a rising player... for the media and fans obsessed with madden he is already a star.  In reality, Roddy White is the key wide receiver on that team.  He is by far the better wide receiver right now.  Jones could/should develop into that, but he is not there yet.  He has plenty of physical talents and playmaking abilities yes, but Physical talent is not the only thing that goes into being a great wide receiver.  Not saying I wouldn't take Jones over White in this format due to age, but as of right now White is the #1 wideout on the Falcons.  He is the go-to guy when the game is on  the line.

Well he stepped up the previous year as well, and I would worry that it was inflated if it wasn't for the fact that he was one of the best YAC receivers in the league which means he did a lot of the work himself and that he had an incredibly low drop rate which means he is reliable. Plus I needed a good complement to Rueben Randle and Rob Gronkowski that could work in the slot effectively. There are still some good WRs left though.

I didn't claim that he was the best WR on the team just that he is a star. 80 catches, 1200 yards, and 10 TDs support the idea that he is a star. That isn't much less than AJ Green who put up 150 yards and 1 TD more on about 15 more catches. The thing is that AJ did that without having to compete with a great TE and another star WR.

You can look at it that way or that green was the only real threat on his team and demanded more double teams while jones had more space to work with with white and Gonzalez.

Fair enough. But if you are going to do that you could argue against Roddy White being a star as well by saying the Jones and Gonzalez gave him more space to work.

Just read the PM. Thank you for the heads up. I will make my selection as soon as I get home, as I don't have the list on me.

Fair enough, you could still argue that Roddy's catches and TD catches have dropped both years since Julio arrived possibly that Julio is taking targets away from him.

What does 2011 have to do with anything?

Blackmon, Shorts, Jags o line, Jags TE ie every place except RB, QB, and LG > what the Eagles had

What does Gabbert vs Foles have to do with anything? My whole claim was that the Jags were had more talent than the Eagles did on their roster in 2012 by the time Foles took over (which was a response to Gabe claiming Henne was better which I disproved by showing that Henne was in fact worse despite having more talent on the roster).
