Out of the quarterbacks who remain who do you think can or is a franchise guy?

I can think of two and one I see as overrated.

There are a few QBs who I feel can take their team to the playoffs (and possibly further with enough talent around them. I will not name them for obvious reasons. I'm not saying it's a bad strategy, just a risk.

Vick is a good quarterback but I question him as a true franchise qb. Smith is the definition of a game manager but he's not bad. He can take you deep. Shaub is also a good qb. With all these guys I question their ability to win a Super Bowl. I'm sure they can take you into the playoffs. I have real questions about them winning you what is most important.

Smith and Vick are not what I had in mind. Trent Dilfer did it. Rex Grossman nearly won a SB, it can be done.

Alex Smith almost won a SB. Brett Farve at 40 also. It is still possible for an average QB to go all the way.

with that being said, that is not the direction I am going in. There are a few young QBs, that with the help of Calvin Johnson can become franchise QBs, those are the guys I want. Not the average game managers like Smith, Schaub, etc
