Ravens Sign Four More Draft Picks

The Ravens moved three steps closer to executing a clean, holdout-free sweep Tuesday, as general manager Ozzie Newsome announced that draft picks Yamon Figurs, Troy Smith and Prescott Burgess each signed three-year contracts.

Baltimore also made headway earlier in the week, when supplemental draftee Jared Gaither inked another three-year deal Monday.

I wonder what signing Troy means for Olson and Finnerty. One is going to have to take the practice squad, so should they release one now so he can go somewhere else? I think Olson should be let go since he has a better chance of making it, and keeping Finnerty. Anyway, I am excited about the signings, Glendale will be purple in 08.

Olson was already put on practice squad. WOW I did not expect Smith to sign that easy!

I NOTICED TROY is number 11 he better get his number 10 back from weak Olson.... who is on the practice squad and not settle for 11.... They need to update the roster page after cuts etc and put him as #10.
