Former Ravens head coach Brian Billick is currently answering questions on Reddit in an AMA ("Ask Me Anything") thread. (LINK)

 

An early highlight: "The key to any coach is adapting your system to fit the talent you have." Sounds like Coach Harbaugh after the infamous group therapy session the team had after a midseason meeting.
