Buying Ravens Memrobelia

Anyone know some trustworthy sites or sellers on ebay for legit autographs/memorabilia? I really want to get a Ray Lewis signed jersey I can frame but I'm too skeptic to buy off most ebay sellers even with a "COA". I've even seen a  fake Matt Barkley USC jersey that someone made a full fake JSA for on ebay, so i can't go the ebay route unless it's a confirmed reputable seller.. I don't live in Maryland anymore so if there was a local memorabilia shop that has an online store that someone can vouch for that would be awesome.

if the COA is from J.S.A. ( James Spence Authentication ) they are the ones who have done every single singing that I have ever been to.  Their stuff is easy to verify.  You can ask the seller for the code on the certificate or item and punch the number in at the web address below.  It will tell you who when and where.

Each item they authenticate will have a card and a sticker ON THE ITEM.  If all three match up you have a winner.

So there's this really great Raven action figure that's being promoted on Kickstarter right now.  The project is fully funded already, so it's definitely going to be made.  It's not exactly football Ravens memorabilia, but the head looks exactly like the Baltimore logo, and the first thing I thbought of when I saw this figure was the football team.  The armor also has a light purtple tint to it, perhaps as a nod to Baltimore.
