the 2nd concept design is also nice, simplicity can be beautiful sometimes, it looks like a lucas oil meets raymond james stadium type design and it works, but if they build the first design, ill be looking forward to the almost annual ravens vs falcons preseason games, because ill be geting tickets just to see that stadium

M&T Bank Stadium still has some life left.  It's only the 15th oldest stadium.  I love the Bank.  They could always expand their CAPEX budget a little more and do some remodeling with all the sell-outs we give them.

To be fair some places need to be rebuilt.  We aren't that old so we can still remodel and be fine. 

 

But there are some cities that just need new stadiums.  I understand the historic ones like Soldier Field, Lambeau, and Arrowhead.  But stadiums like O.Co Coliseum or Qualcomm need to get replaced.  

 

This is the NFL, players shouldn't have to run around on baseball diamonds.  Its only a matter of time before San Diego moves to LA.
