ICEBOWL 2014

in a blunder bowl, the QB playing in so. cal. his whole career struggles with the cold weather, as does one of the most well known "dome-boys" in drew brees. phillip rivers' has played in denver and in baltimore in the past few weeks in freezing temperatures, while drew brees hasnt left the dome, this gives phillip rivers an edge, as the teams play closely, but with the saints giving up 3 turnovers, and the chargers giving up none, it becomes too much for drew brees to overcome in the harsh meadowlands conditions, chargers squeeze by in the ugliest SB we've seen in years, by a int. inside the 2 minute warning near the redzone, 20-17 chargers.

LOGIC BEHIND CHARGERS WINNING IT ALL??

the philadelphia home opener. 4 years straight, i feel like this just isnt the year for that rule to be broken.. i truly do believe in this rule right about now.

logic behind some other teams records you might not understand..

the Rams are much closer than you all think, and you will see jeff fishers plan come to fruition this year as they dont tie that 2nd game with the niners, go 5-1 in the division and win the west.

everyone seems to have forgotten about the saints.. lets remember were talking about drew brees here, im not sold, and i may never be sold on matt ryan.

I am also predicting a single season meltdown from the texans. some sort of injury or just a huge issue will suddenly appear, and they will regret thinking matt schaub is THE guy down there in houston, when arian foster and the defense cant carry them to as many wins as they had hoped.

if this thread was already made.. well im sorry but i couldnt find it anywhere, so i went ahead and started my own. anyone else wanna have some fun throw some predictions in there?

You do realize the total number of wins and total number of losses between all 32 teams have to be the same, right?  You have WAY more wins than losses.

I haven't read your logic yet but I'm going to guess that the reason you have the Chargers is to keep the Philly home opener streak alive. I say the streak breaks this year and Chargers don't even make post season. If I'm wrong about your logic I'm not changing this post though so you don't think I looked.

Anyway

AFCN

Ravens 12-4
Bengals 11-5
Steelers 9-7
Browns 7-9

AFCS

Texans 11-5
Titans 9-7
Colts 9-7
Jags (a generous) 5-11

AFCE

Patriots 13-3
Dolphins 8-8
Jets 8-8
Bills 6-10

AFCW

Broncos 12-4
Chiefs 10-6
Chargers 9-7
Raiders 7-9

NFCN

Packers 12-4
Bears 10-6
Vikings 9-7
Lions 8-8

NFCS

Bucs 11-6
Falcons 10-6
Saints 9-7
Panthers 7-9

NFCE

Giants 10-6
Cowboys 10-6
Redskins 9-7
Eagles 6-10

NFCW

Seahawks 14-2
Niners 12-4
Rams 9-7

I'll do playoffs later.

Every team goes 0-0-16, as all games end in ties.  After way too many coin tosses, AFC playoffs are Browns, Raiders, Jaguars, Jets with Titans and Bills wildcards and NFC is Eagles, Cardinals, Panthers, Lions with Rams and Bucs wildcards.  After a record number of double, and even triple overtimes, Jaguars and Lions get to their very first super bowls ever and, remarkably, it is considered to be the greatest game ever played.

After more coin flips, the Ravens get the number 2 pick in the first round of the 2014 draft, which they trade to Oakland for their first round picks in 2014, 15 and 16.  Oakland uses the pick to draft a full back.

yep, there's no freakin' way they win it all with him at the helm lol

Don't worry, I can actually see San Diego moving on from Rivers after 2013 and Rivers pulling a Drew Brees and winning the Super Bowl with another team.

I strongly dislike that arrogant prick, but he will never be as good as Brees. The peak of his career was marked by the tremendous talent around him, including LT, Jackson, and Gates.
