And Rice has had 4 carries for 9 yards, with his longest run being for 4 yards. He's definitely gotten stopped all day, so why force the issue with Rice?

So you think just because a rb gets carries he automatically puts up yards? no. You still have to be priductive, and to have good ypc you need to be productive again and again. Thats what matters, McClain is the hot guy, and we dont need to use Willis, so were not

Why give someone touches if he's getting swallowed in the backfield?

And Rice has ran a few pass patterns today so far, so it's not like he's not seeing action.

And McClain is averaging 3.46 YPC right now -- that's definitely a good day. This isn't Madden, where running backs can average 6 to 10 yards per carry.

Honestly, I think Willis is wearing out his welcome so to speak. He seems like he loses the coaches confidence every week. Theres nothing we can do in the offseason though, because I'm pretty sure if we trade or release him, we have to eat around 6-8 million on the cap bc of penalties.... so hopefully he gets decicated soon

I know fans probably won't vote for him outside of the Ravens' fanbase, but you'd think the other 2/3 of the vote from the players & coaches would get him in...
