We really could've used a St. Louis win today to knock out the Dolphins.
They came closer than I thought they would to be honest, and thier my home state team so I do have a little bit of liking towards them.

Sick, they just cut to the Miami game. A St. Louis win would be huge as it would effectively make the wild card a three horse race.

That was a great TEAM Victory. Everybody played well, and we got a W in the win column. Defense was stout once again and Flacco had a career game and just 20 yards short of throwing for 300 yards. We needed this win big time, the Colts won, and the Dolphins won, so the win really helped us with the Wild Card picture. Now we wait to see what happens in New England.
Remember we need Pats to beat Steelers so we can have a shot at the division!
Yep, but even with a loss to the Patriots the Steelers would still be a top the division because of the head to head tie breaker. So that would still leave us at the # 6 seed because of the Colts winning they would have the 5 seed and the Steelers even with a loss would be the # 2 seed and the Patriots would be the 7th seed just below us.

Wow is it raining in NE or what!!!

Hopefully the Pats can get the run going, even if they lose it helps our chances at Wild card, but I would much rather have a shot at the division.

Let's root for New England like we've never rooted for New England before!

(...well, 'cause we've never rooted for New England before.)

What a great showing today...

Couple things that really pleased me-

1) Great discipline out there; we had very few penalties today.
2) Clayton is beginning to emerge as a quality receiver.

And finally----

we have outscored our opponents 70-10 over the past two weeks!!!
And if we throw out the Giants game a few weeks ago, this team has been putting up serious points over the past two months.

SB or Bust!

I'm not ready to put them on that level yet...
