I think Ben is where he should be.  Granted, he has two Super Bowl titles to his credit, but he has only played one FULL season.

I think Ben is where he should be in terms of the overall list, 61 is about right. But I do think its crazy to say there are eleven QBs better than him, three of which are probably rookies. We live in the same division, we all know (with all due respect to the rooks) who we'd rather face between RGIII/Luck or Ben.

That I can agree with.

I agree with this by the way. When I said higher, I didn't mean too much higher. Just high enough to be ahead of a couple of the guys who will be ahead of him. I'm basing it off the assumption he'll be healthy this year, by the way. Also, I'm not taking his Super Bowls into account for this particular list. The SB comment was more about how the list is being made up, like what it's based on.

and what's the basis for this assumption? Considering he's had one full season in his career your going out on a limb......

The basis is that so far there have been no reports, not that I know of, of last year's injury being a problem for him now. It's still really early; and considering his age, the way he plays, and all previous injuries I'll agree with you that I'm going out on a limb. All I'm saying is if he were able to play a full season than he would make a larger impact/be a bigger play maker than a couple of the guys listed ahead of him, which would mean he should be above those guys. I get it, it's a big if.

Assuming he won't be healthy for a full season, missing a considerable amount of games, then I think where he's ranked is just fine. The basis for this assumption is more obvious because, as you pointed out, he's only played one full season.

In all honesty, I'd be just fine if it turns out that he didn't deserve to be on the list at all.

I'm really sick of Dameshek.  The entire rest of the list he's going to spend the reaction show crying about how Roethlisberger is too low - the Steelers missed the playoffs with the 6th ranked scoring defense in the NFL, and the Ravens got there with the 12th ranked scoring defense, then preceded to give up the second most points by a Superbowl champion ever.  In his career Roethlisberger has done squat without a top 3 defense

I think any member of this board would tell you he was sick of Dameshek a long time ago. The hell is in Sapp's water today, by the way?

LOL that is not a photo I thought I would ever see. I think Sapp is just trolling drunk tonight though.

Sidenote: Any guesses who the Player Rater is? I have a theory.

Falcons player might appear soon on the list. Matt Ryan, maybe?

Edit: It's Gonzalez. Nevermind. He totally deserves it.

It feels like just yesterday that I was a huge supporter of the Justin Houston at 26 bandwagon.

Oh well, I still have high hopes for Jimmy.

Watching the Jason Witten video (he's a beast and deserves his ranking) and there was a soundbyte with Joe Flacco "how the #@%^ does he get that open"

LOL I love that dude.

Did they just tease that the next person on the list shares a birthday with Frank Gore? Because March 15 and May 14 (looked both up to spoil it myself) are not the same day...

Well with ten players left, who do we expect to see? Rodgers, Brady, Manning, AP, Calvin Johnson, JJ Watt, Aldon Smith, Arian Foster...who else? That's eight off the top of my head, who am I forgetting?

Patrick Willis and Von Miller

Patrick Willis and Von Miller

I just remembered Willis and was going here to add him. With him and Miller, that rounds out the top 10. Don't know how I forgot Ray Lewis 2.0 and the most terrifying man in hipster glasses. Really strong top 10 on this list.
