Ya it just got me back into it as well I even broke out the game boy but I couldn't fine Fire Emblem... Great game. Still got the Pokemon games though!

If you plan on buying a 3ds, or already have one, a new Fire Emblem game recently came out. I haven't played it yet, but its been getting awesome reviews.

Pokemon Smash (Japanese Pokemon show) got a demo of X&Y and went played certain area's of the game. They choose Froakie as their starter. Still looks awesome, just makes me more excited hahaha

 

 

Recap if you don't want to watch:

1. Fletchling was found, battled with Froakie and caught in the first route.

2. Fishing returns! The hosts fished up an Octillery, battled it with a Honedge (Honedge used what seemed to be Aerial Ace and Shadow Sneak) and caught it too! 

3. Surfing (HM?) returns and items hidden as Pokéball on the ground also returns. 

4. Inkay was found on tall grass in a small island and was caught with a Great Ball.

IMO this is what Pokemon was best for, it is the perfect road trip game because you can't beat it in just a few hours.

It's looking more and more likely that you will be able to obtain the Kanto starters (Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle) pretty early on in the upcoming X&Y game. Obviously, its just a rumor until confirmed, but things are setting up pretty nicely for it to be true. Will this influence any of you to pick up the game? I'm going to get it regardless, but this is a nice bonus!

Leaked in this months CoroCoro magazine, is the announcement of Mega Pokemon. The only Pokemon getting Mega evolutions so far are Blaziken, Lucario, Absol, Mawile, Mewtwo, and Ampharos. Most of the information on Mega Pokemon are still unknown, but this is (by far) the biggest X and Y announcement yet. Most older fans won't really like this all too much, but I am really excited to see what this all turns into.

I've beaten the Pokemon League. Been doing online battles and doing some post game stuff. I'll start up another team after that because I sort of went with the flow as to what I wanted to try out on my first team. Since I started out with Froakie and Charmander on this run, I'm going with Fennekin and Squirtle on my next run.

No I haven't. I've heard that the saving problem is only in certain regions, I don't think US is one of them.

HOENN (Gen 3) REMAKES CONFIRMED FOR 3DS. I'd put up a link, but I'm on mobile.

Two new titles were confirmed today, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. Both coming out in November. The Pokemons official youtube page has a teaser trailer out.

I probably prefer Kyogre over Groudon as well lol

The magazine CoroCoro has leaked, announcing Mega Swampert, Mega Sceptile (who is grass/dragon typing) and Mega Diancee. They've also announced that Kyogre and Groudon will have "ancient de-evolution". You can see all of the scans of the pages at serebii.net because I'm to lazy to post them myself
