I don't personally have an opinion of this guy yet. If he can contribute, great, if not, let the other players step up.

This guy has all the potential in the world... Worked with Huff, Cody, and Upshaw already. Familiarity is key. Has the leadership of Dumervil and Suggs, add in Ngata, and he'll be OK, I think. I like our defense so far this coming year... When you start talking guys... Huff, Webby, Graham... Upshaw, McClain, McClain, Suggs, Dumervil, Canty, Ngata, Spears... Think about this... I think we're better...

Not to go "off-subject"... But did you all see this one? Jets apparently are looking at trading Sanchez with Revis to Tampa bay???

I Love Lardarius Webb.... I think lots of folks aren't even thinking about him. You don't see much mention of him at all.

This team has gotten so young, quicker, and ready to roll! Not bad for the team picking last in the draft? We pick at the end of the draft every year!

McLain will wear jersey number 58. I think that was his Alabama jersey number.

I guess not. He was 25 at Bama. LBs can't wear 25 in the NFL.

Now if we can just get Arthur Brown in the first and Matt Elam or Jesse Williams in the second we will be in great shape.

I know form my years in Baltimore that the great coaches, staff, and players can unlock the full potential of this young LB.

Alot of ppl have alot to prove on this team every one has a chip on there shoulder its like we didnt even win a superbowl were still trying to get there and i like that attitude im looking foward to a good draft and some even better football sizzle is gonna b revamped webbys back dummerville rolando and huff was screwed ngata has help all of our recivers has something to prove and also our young players thru out. The only concern i have is left tackle that can make or break us i hope oz can figure that out

All these great signings and all the picks we have this year are great. I know Oz going to put on a clinic at the draft, the only thing I hate about us getting better younger and faster is we will have to pick 32nd again next year lol

Good pick up imo - this guy will be motivated on a 1 year deal and he can do some serious damage. Welcome to Charm City, Rolando....Get reaady to win.

god if we can squeeze every last ounce of talent out of UDFA's and make them big contract type- players based on athleticism alone usually. Imagine what we can do with Rolando who is chalk full of athleticism, intelligence and savvy. He'll be a force I can feel it, he just didn't have any help in Oakland, when your scheme/play calling/ players around you aren't very good, its terribly hard for you to be good. Often times you see corners flourish in those unfavourable situation ex: Rasheem Mathis, Nnamdi Asomougha, Stephon Gilmore, Joe Hayden, etc etc because you can just say hey go out there and shadow their #1 and if they're talented enough they can do it. Its almost impossible to dominate at any other position on defence without help from the men around you, its a team sport, he'll shine in his new company.

@black blood purple passion, I've always said in a team sport, one man can or can not win or lose a game! you've seen it happen to players here who go somewhere else and then just don't semm quite the same player they were when they were here! And another thing your competition makes or breakes you; whether it's to win a position on the team or win in a game, comming here will add to that competition!
