I loved having Saints last year, my wideouts were beast
That's right. Didn't you draft AJ Green? If so, Brees would've been sending you gift baskets for the rest of your GM career.

CB: Brandon Carr
CB: Morris Claiborne
Nickel: Aaron Williams
Dime: Curtis Marsh/Hanson
FS: Reggie Nelson

At least my Jets got a mention in this series.

It's a shame you broke up your stud CBs. Your Dl is very underrated due to Wilkerson's emergence.

Brandon Carr is solid, Claiborne looked like a rookie, Hanson is slot only, Williams has been a bust.

The safeties are nothing to be wow about, however if they can play together, then worth mentioning, but definitely not top ten material.

Rankings will be upgraded tonight from the information I collect.

Please give more input because I want to make a fair and reasonable list. Everyone has worked hard to build their defense, but I can't put all of them on the top ten.

A highly paid CB duo just didn't make sense for a team with so many holes. As well as he played last year, I've never been a fan of Cromartie either. Revis' ridiculous contract demands are the main reason NY won't/can't trade Cromartie in real life.

Ah, my mistake. I may be thinking of the first mock, when Romo_Ravens was at the helm. You had Mike Williams as well? Good eye. He's an excellent #2, in my book. It's a shame that Royal has been riddled with injuries, as he could've had a much more promising career.

Robinson is over the hill. Don't get me started on Cary, solid #2 at best. Branch is ok, Huff is good. Sam Shields is a good player. None of them are "great"

Shields is a number 1, look how he graded out...Cary is my number 2 hence why he is listed second... Dunta is no where as old as Samari Rolle was 5 yrs ago and he is my slot corner. Phillip Adams will be starting for Raiders in RL as well and he is my number 4. Huff is better than most safeties on this list and Branch is easily a top 5 SS

My final comments before you look again are I appreciate the time you out into this. Also, I feel my DL should be rated higher due to having great starters and excellent depth. I also feel like my LBs at least deserve best of the rest. I have no argument in the secondary as I feel I have the 2nd best.

New ranks are up and I thought long and hard on the Raiders secondary. If it wasn't for the acquisition of Sam Shields, then I wouldn't put too much thought into it. Sam Shields is very underrated and can play that #1 Cb that the Raiders needed so badly. Cary Williams might not be a #1, but still plays serviceable. The last time the Raiders had a #1 CB, they were a top ten pass defense, which was back in 2010 with Nnamdi Asomugha (before he was a bum).

I agree with the secondary, but kind of hesitant to place the Bills higher because the sheer talent of last year's group didn't match with the production. However, with the depth you put in, I think the rank as a top 5 is suffice.

Yeah in no way was I saying I had best secondary but I have 4 starter corners with an above average safety duo

The only thing I'm surprised about the Saints is their ability to get marquee talents on their roster.

Nick Fairley, Carlos Dunlap, Brandon Graham, Devin McCourty, Vontae Davis.

Teams shouldn't be trading these players, but I'm pretty sure Truth was a former used car salesman.

Can't deny the talents he has acquired on both defense and offense.

Using my analysis it looks like I'd have the best defense, 1, 2 and 3. That was my aim improve my defense, retain my oline and try to get a bit more diversity on the receivers and running backs. Recievers didn't go as well as I hope I as mentioned in your other thread, even admitting I think you have me too high, but I can't argue with this ranking
You should rep me for agreeing that you have made a formidable defense.

Whoever takes the Raiders next year is going to be rich.

Estimated $69M cap space.

There's a lot of 1 year CBs coming back on the market.

Revised Ranks are up.

Give inputs.

IF you still think your team ranking is questionable, then state reason why it's better than the teams above.

lol Thank you. With some of the aging talents that I was inherited with, I made it a priority to attain young, talented players. I have a few potential moves that could sand down the edges a little, but I'm satisfied with my current roster as it stands.

Much happier with the Bengals having a top 20 LB corp with plenty of room to improve. Not so sure about the secondary dropping down to 18 since Talib is a shutdown corner and Griffin was a top level safety the season before last and should be able to put it all together again. I also have solid young talent at CB and S with Adrian Wilson as a great mentor and 2-down SS. Dre has the potential to be a very good CB and could be a stud next to Talib but only time will tell. Arrington also has playmaking potential as a 3 or 4 as seen when he was atop the league in interceptions a couple years ago. Former 2nd round pick Brandon Harris should be able to handle a 3 or 4 role as well when he is given a chance. But my secondary is very young for the most part so I understand the lower ranking even though I don't necessarily agree with it.

I like Talib, but the down production of Griffin and Wilson is a concern. Also, the depth is filled with young guys that needs to develop and I would recommend from using Kyle "Burn me all day" Arrington too much.

Im fine with the DL ranking. They are underrated but I have a lot of cogs for stopping run and rushing passer.

What/when did you read?
Pretty much every site reported that Mike Jenkins has been penciled in as starter after they signed him.
