What is the procedure to communicate with a forum moderator?

I am interested in communicating with a forum moderator and have no clue how one might go about accomplishing such a task. Might anyone have a solution to this?

Go to the main forums, bottom of the page there is a link for "The Moderating Team" - [url="http://boards.baltimoreravens.com/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=stats&do=leaders"]LINK[/url]

The Moderators are in blue, scroll over whichever one and select the option to send them a PM. Or click on their profile and do it through that!

If this place is anything like other forums, sending them a PM would be the best way. Can you not do that here or something?
