Death by hanging is only allowed in New Hampshire and Washington state, not Massachusetts where this occurred .

There is no way neighbors heard gunshots depending on where the body was

Apparently it was on the outskirts closest to the house.  They tested it today and they were able to hear from that distance.

Maybe they asked the people in the houses closer to the Industrial Park v Hernandez's neighbors.

It is odd to me though that if those people heard something, why they wouldn't call the police. I mean, if you live in an exclusive and affluent neighborhood, and you hear gunshots, I would think you would call somebody

I think it was one of those things where they heard something, but didn't immediately register the sound as gunshots.  I know I wouldn't unless they told me that the murder happened around such and such time.  Then I would have likely been able to put it together.

We hear them in the Fall where I live, but it's people spot lighting deer on the railroad tracks, this time of year someone would call 911.

Report: Paper Warrant issued for Hernandez.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/21/report-paper-warrant-issued-for-hernandez/

According to the report, it’s a “paper” warranton the charge of obstruction of justice.  The warrant has not yet been entered into the law-enforcement computer system, which prevents police from acting on it.
“It may be that this is a squeeze tactic,” FOX 25 legal analyst Brad Bailey said.  “It may be telling Mr. Hernandez that we have a warrant, a warrant for a crime that has a potential maximum penalty of seven years in prison, is a tactic to get him to come to the table, start talking and start cooperating.

My wife grew up a Pats fan.
She said the Kraft family ( owners) don't put up with this sort of stuff.

Aaron Hernandez's fantasy stock is up.

And it's back down...
The Pats are hurting. Looks like it could be the end of the Boston TE party.

I really can't name 1 WR on the Pats roster besides Amendola. And he's an injury waiting to happen.....do they still have Edleman?

Seriously who will Brady's go to guy be on 3rd down? I bet they really run the ball this year. And nobody say Tebow lol

Gronk with 2 injury problems (arm, back), Hernandez with 2 legal problems (Murder Investigation, allegedly shooting a guy in the face), Lloyd was cut and Welker left.

Looks like Brady'll be throwing to Tebow a lot.

I don't hear the end of how we've lost too many pieces to make the playoffs let alone the Super Bowl. People have already seemingly counted us out there. I find it remarkable that nobody says this about the Patriots. They have more holes right now on offense than a slice of Swiss cheese.

They lost Welker, Woodhead, Chung and Thomas to free agency. Welker was the biggest blow but Woodhead was a good player for them and Chung was decent. Thomas was great depth and that never hurts. He was a solid player for them and could have started.

Now they have huge question marks at their TE position which is what fuels the NE offense. They might be without both players early in the season. They do have Ballard and I like him a lot but he's not enough. Are they going to run two RB sets with Ridley and Vereen? Lol.

They have major question marks at WR. Edelman is injured and might not do anything remarkable. They had one of the worst defenses last year and cut Kyle Love who was at worst a decent player.

They haven't gotten better. They drafted a few WR but who's really standing out here? Danny Amendola signed with them but he's hardly reliable for 16 games.

Someone tell me why nobody talks about the Patriots missing the playoffs. Because of Belichick and Brady? Please.

This kind of thing that's been going on with the Patriots has irked me for a while. And it doesn't really help that their defense is ranked 31st in the league either. #2 seed or even #1 for the Ravens is very much within reach. I'd love to see what all the NFL.com writers have to say when this happens. lol

They also have a pretty tough schedule. Other than their division games which won't be as easy in years before, the rest of their games look pretty tough.

Ravens,Steelers,Bengals,Falcons,Saints,Buccaneers,Texans,Broncos.

The Bucs are the only ' easy' game but were they not getting better toward the end of last year? That looks like a brutal schedule on paper

And the Bucs aint easy. They gotta a good defense. One of the best secondaries in the NFL now that Revis and Goldson are there.

Claiborn and McCoy are both great players and if Bowers breaks out, look out.

Foster and David are both really good LBs too.

If Freeman plays one of his good games, I don't see the Pats winning that

The Patriots are going to be in shambles without a passing game.  They better hope Gronk doesn't break his arm again and that Hernandez doesn't get tried.

IF the Pats are committed to their 'Patriot Way' they will cut AH, it's sad to see that he is not getting the support that Ray did from the team, and they will be hurting. Their #1 Amendola who can't stay healthy, a bunch of rookie TEs

Policed searched Hernandez's house again today.

Detectives, uniformed officers, plainclothes officers, and canines showed up at Hernandez's home at roughly 1:40 PM ET Saturday afternoon, and they are currently searching the tight end's mansion and luxury doghouse in the backyard. We don't know much more at the moment, but police are taking pictures of the residence. It's been reported that Hernandez will likely be arrested and charged with obstruction of justice "at some point." It may happen Saturday, and we will keep the updates flowing as more information comes to light.

The Pats probably do get a more leeway than they deserve, but to be fair, who will challenge them for the division title? They don't have a perennial playoff team like the Steelers or even a lately consistently good team like the Bengals to push them into wildcard consideration.

As long as Brady's under center and Belicheck the coach, I'm not counting them out.

They'll find a way to have a good regular season like they always do. But once the playoffs begin.....

Well if the whole New England thing doesn't work out, there's always Cincinnati and Oakland.

I think the Bills could shock some people and I think they could win the division. I'm not a fan of their QB situation but they have a good RB with a rather good OL. Combine that with the fact that they have a decent corps of WR and they have a chance. Their defense is nasty and I think it could put them over the top.

I also think the Jets could be relevant if they had the weapons. They have Ivory and a rather good OL overall. They have questions everywhere else on offense. I don't think their CB are bad. They have a decent secondary with some promising players on defense.

Of all teams I think the Bills could win their division.

And then there's the Dolphins whose roster looks better on paper then last years. They'll probably do bad though, and prove once again you can't build a team through free agency.
