I know the author of that article, Bob Labbe, personally. He isn't one to make stuff up at all.. he knows McClain very well from the stories his did on him while at Decatur and Alabama. I believe that's how he got an exclusive interview with him.. when have you ever seen Rolando come out and do a heart to heart thing like that? It isn't his nature.. its because he knows the guy well. I'm 99% confident. Rolando was probably helping Bob out because it will help his career to be the first to break stories like this.

Preach man. I'm ready to see another bloodthirsty defense. Our defenses of late have been pretty tame. I want to see some crazed dogs.

Rolando could be that guy to make it a ferocious D again. Maybe. I'm definitely not his biggest fan. I typically hate guys with off the field issues. I don't know how I feel about it, but I do know that Rolando has potential out the wazoo.

Are we in win now mode? We got rid of a lot of the older guys with more experience in an effort to build long term stability within the organization. We have a team that can win now and with additions like Canty and Spears then I guess you may be onto something but if that was the case, I feel like they'd go harder after McKinnie. Plus, I feel like Allen and Rambo can become effective immediately in certain roles and Mauti would contribute early as well once he was fully healthy.

Mckinnie has his ring, and is past his prime. Prob won't last a whole season. Albert> Big Mac. I think we still have enough pieces to go get a SS in the later rounds until Tomphson returns

I played against Rolando in high school.. I was a sophomore playing a 3-4 rush linebacker and he started at tight end as well.. guy freaking abused me. I guess we all have that person we know that comes into play like this in our lives at some point or another. I just know Rolando because I played against him and he was good friends with a lot of my high school teammates and then I followed him at Bama and my uncle is the one that sold him the house in Madison.
