This was the game that seemingly started this little rivalry we now have. Harrison getting in Billick's face, Billick's classic blown kiss in reply, the emotions from both teams. The way you guys were seemingly gift wrapped that game is what started the hate from our fan base towards you guys.

Every game we've played you guys over the last 6 years have been classic and I expect nothing different this year. I'm actually looking foward to the game against you guys more then the Steelers. I'm thinking you guys will be our home opener but I really hope the game takes place towards the end of the year with the playoffs seeding on the line.

I didn't want to watch this game, but I was glued to the screen for the last few minutes even though I knew what was coming. Reinforces the mantra that Ozzie knows what he's doing, and is a reason I don't get nervous in the offseason. The clarity our front office has in makings it's big decisions--such as letting Billick go, dropping Bart Scott, hiring Harbs over Ryan... none of these decisions were very popular when they first were made (aside from maybe Billick?), but they were sound decisions. It's not often people can look back and monday-morning quarterback and see the right calls were made in the first place : ) I forgot that Clayton actually caught the ball there at the end.. EVERYONE showed up for that game, it stinks they didn't pull through.. but oh well, things happen for a reason : p

so true and so sad. This is the year we discover just how much Cam was holding back the offense.

This was a great game. Boller's best effort of his career. Gave me some false hope for his future. Man, how obvious was it that the refs wanted NE to win that game though? Dang.

What people sometimes forget is that Billick actually knew what he was doing on offense, though people criticize the crap out of him, I would have LOVED to have seen Billick's offense with an actual QB running it. However that fault can be placed at his feet as well. But Billick knew how to run an offense, just not find a QB.

The team was soooo undisciplined. Harbaugh realty cleaned this team up. It really is his team now...only Ngata, Yanda, Suggs, and Koch are still around from that 2007 team.

Musa Smith looked decent on the handful of touches he got.

That was his last month in the NFL and he was just 25 years old.

Another weird thing is that two players on the rosters of those teams that day are deceased in McNair and Seau (RIP).

Seriously. They were either discussing the wind or how hard Don Shula was pounding their shoulders or how little percent they gave the Ravens of winning that game. Kornholer even states the only notes he had down were that the Ravens were dissolving. I mean, really guys?! A monkey would have done a better job. A monkey with a speech impediment.

i will say that our games have been pretty damn good since then, i dont know what to make of how good pats and ravens will got his year though. As long as peyton is always choking and pittsburgh never win I will never mind baltimore being in the afc championship game.
