This offseason the eagles have been a A- to me on the players they are getting, like James Casey, Kenny Phillips, Cary Williams, Patrick Chung, Connor Barwin, Isaac Soponga( not sure if spelled right) and a punter from houston i forget his name. But so far so good, my point is last year i believe the eagles were rebuilding, using foles once vick returned, does anyone here see the eagles being a playoff contender or is it just me?

That's tough to say because they have competition. Gotta outdo the Redskins Giants and sometimes the Cowboys.

I feel that coming into this season they are at best the 3rd team in that division (in the regular season) behind the Redskins and Cowboys. And if the Giants get hot late in the year again, it's over.

They've made good moves and haven't overpaid much, obviously the coaching change will make or break them and how the system works. But all in all, I don't think foles can run that system, I expect them to draft Manuel if possible

I think the Redskins will be at the bottom of the division next year. They have a 1st place schedule to play this year and their QB will be out for the first few games.

I don't think so. I do think Kirk Cousins will play enough to where the Redskins get a second round pick for him in 2014 and he is starting somewhere in 2014.

The redskins will probably be just as competitive next year as last year, theyll have orakpo and that other guy back and garçon will be healthy. I don't think they're a lock for the division or any sort of deep playoff run though.

They will probably get scarier in 2014 cause theyll be like $38M under the cap cause that penalty they're serving for overspending in the uncapped year will be done.

I don't mind the Skins, i don't root for or against them really. Id probably root against them if they were in the playoffs and we werent, just because of all the annoying redskins fans i know who i wouldn't want to see happy, most of them hate the Ravens for no valid reason. I like RG3 though he seems like a good/nice guy.

I think RG3 will be back around week 1 or 2.

Having said that I think the Skins are a 9-10 win team once again next season. Even if RG3 misses some time they can lean on Morris to carry the load. I wonder how he would do in a regular running styled offense?

Every year there's a new winner of that division. I like what Philly has done, it's a toss up between WSHH NYG & PHI imo.

Peters is healthy so it looks like Geno Smith, Dee Millner, and Floyd/Star are the choices at 4 without a trade down.

I like that they aren't doing the big names like they did a year ago. Get a bunch of fairly young guys and some vets to add to your core group of players.

I'll admit to being one for the Eagles from time to time, mostly because I became a fan during their tenure in the Vet, however, there may be a long road of rebuilding.

Then, there is also free agency, and what it yields for the Eagles this season could be interesting.

My hope is for an 8-8 season for the Philadelphia team - it may just happen.
