Im expecting Rolando McClain and Michael Huff will be coming here for cheap to help fill 2 big needs. Both are very solid players and McClain is young. Both were very solid but playing on a god awful defense for a terrible franchise lol.

Only problem with McClain is his off the field issues, which always get fixed in Baltimore.

Our defensive front is going to be monstrous this year. We have some crazy starters and depth behind them. Depending on what happens between now and the draft I see us picking OL, MLB, or DB.

more probs with rolando - he's still under contract with raiders who want a pick and whoever gives the pick will inherit a huge contract headache

I'm glad we pick up someone worth something. We seem to always get has beens. Dummervil has plenty left in the tank and should provide a great pass rush. We need to get back to having the most sacks in the AFC. Now we need to get two good linebackers and a decent safety and we will be ok on defense.

On offense we need to secure a great LT and get a good possession receiver. Keep it up Ozzie.

That's not a problem - there's still $22 million left. And with the Ravens 12 draft picks taking up only an estimated $2 million (Another benefit to drafting at the end of rounds) - That's $103 Million for 43 players - Add in another $10-12 million for Dumervil, Canty & Spears and the Ravens will have about $8-10 million for 5 players (Rule of 51). That will probably get eaten up by Torrey & Oher's new contracts. But the Ravens can save some money by cutting McClain (almost $4 million) & Koch ($ 2 million). That's nowhere near the problems they had this year.

I saw a post that wants Rex Ryan back as DC. Funny Rex leeches off established units,talks himself up then drains the life out of his team before taking an undeserved bow and moving on. Where did Rex "build" anything? His being the Raven figure head in front of Lewis&Reed he got thew Jets to pay him. His two AFC champiomship games came leading an established powerful defense that he let get old while playing with&destroying their offense. We should seiriosly switch to a 4-3 because dumervil is mostly a RE not an outside LB. Suggs will be at DE with Canty and Ngata in the middle. Upshaw at LOLB and ROLB and MLB should be adressed in the draft.

There is no way that we are going to put Elvis in as a rotational guy with sizzle lol. You don't waste two good pass Rushers like that. You use them at the same time.
