Ed Reed's Int was the greatest, but let's give J.J. some props. They called it a fumble recovery but it looked like a INT to me. For him to knock the ball out the way he did and then turn around and catch the ball was amazing. Our front 7 must have the most INT's in the NFL! :o :D

JJ played an AWESOME game. He made a lot of great tackles, put pressure on McNabb, and also had that pick/fumble recovery. He's a beast and I can see him playing a huge role in our dominant defense for many years.

You're right.

I went and checked the stats, and our front seven (players who are NOT defensive backs) has 8 INTs, which leads the NFL. The next closest teams are Chicago, Tampa Bay, and San Francisco with 5 ;)

Just from watching all the games, I knew our front 7 had to be leading the NFL in INT's Vs anyone else front 7. Our linemen have really good hands. :D

I went nuts when JJ got that. It was a freakish play, and probably one heck of an individual effort. I think we are starting to see why the Ravens staff is so high on him.

Yeah if I were calling that I'd call it an INT.

Mcnabb did the empty hand, then J.J tipped and picked it off. It's whatever though

Nothing wrong with a sack, forced fumble, and fumble recovery in one fell swoop of his hand B)

yeah..JJ's a hard hitter, and a true prototypical (or bigger) linebacker at 6-4, 270 lbs...i mean he's young, he's got the size, and he looks like a great contributor. i mean i doubted him last year but he's really stepped up and played well.

He is the Bart Scott to Bart Scott's Ray Lewis if you catch my drift. Great player and he played like an animal yesterday.

Yeah, our entire defense played lights out. Philly's D deserves alot of credit as well, they had our offense on their two's up until their offense put them up against their own goal line. That was my kind of game.

Jarret's fumble recovery was impressive but Rolle and Fabian had the best two on the day in my opinion because both of them had to turn into a reciever on those plays and they made some great catches in tight coverage.

Not only did JJ knock the ball out, he caught it and ran for a 20 something yard return. I think he is a great player, but still under everyone's radar. He already got some rerognition from Harbs.

I love these ups and downs. You remember after JJ got that penalty during that pittsburgh game. People hated him on here. And now it's a JJ lovefest since he got an INT.

Nevertheless, the guy takes football seriously. He works hard in the weight room and on the field.

Yeah I'm just wondering if he didn't catch it out of the air would it have been considered a fumble, probably tuck rule or something stupid  .

Eh JJ is more like Adalius Thomas than Bart Scott in terms of how he became the player he is, he's a converted DE (Or maybe even DT, not sure) and a big effort kind of guy. JJ doesn't have the speed of Adalius though, that guy was a freak.

Let's not go to far now J.J. is a very good player but he is not A. Thomas or even close. Think about all of the position AD played. DE, DT, LB, CB, Gunner on special teams. Look at AD size and this guy was always one of the first player's down field on punt coverage, he did everything. NE has not even tapped into the things he can do.

Its because they dont even know how to use him properly.

Look what he left the Ravens for...

Im glad the Pats lost in the Super Bowl.

I'm one of the very few that has his jersey. I think he is definitely one of our unsung heroes that will get recognition from the fans and the media real soon

All bout the Benjamins, man. It's easy to turn down that much money on principle when they're not actually offering it to us :P.

Anytime we get an interception its great. But I think its more impressive when you actually have to battle another player for the ball and come away with it. Samari and Fabian had to do that. If Ed Reed were an Eagles wr, on both his pics he would have been considered wide open. Fabian and Samari would have been considered in tight coverage. Reeds run after the catch were more impressive but the catch itself, was about as easy as it gets for a defensive player.

Have you lost it? Going around thread to thread talking crazy nonsense. What's going on? Ed Reed's interceptions (PLURAL) were less impressive than Samari Rolle's good effort interception and an under thrown pass to Fabian Washington??

Neepo, come on...

Just come on...
