If you were here last year, most of our signings happen next week and beyond.
We were signing players after he draft.
It's slow and easy for Ozzie and his office, not being the first one to lock that free agent mentality.
We accomplished our first and biggest agenda, which was to resign Flacco. The rest is now all extra because Ozzie and the team are putting a lot of faith in our young players and the draft.

Ravens almost NEVER make a big splash at the start of free agency. That's not how we do things ... they are meticulous and methodical and they trust their board. This week ... next week .... August ... Ozzie just builds quietly and the next thing you know .... 5 years ... 5 straight playoffs; 2 AFC North Championships; 3 AFC Championship Games; AFC and Superbowl Champions.
Leave the splash for the people who like to look at shiny things .. I'll take the playoffs.
