Seems like a good idea, would get some great angles during the play that no tv station could otherwise get. Where is the camera? Strapped to their head? A gopro in their front pocket?

Not really. I mean yes it gives you another angle, but given that it is from the refs point of view, it may just blur the call as much as it helps it.
