TV show "Whose Line Is It Anyways?"

30 posts in this topic

Did anyone watch this show back when it was on? I loved it (although it was a bit inappropriate at times when I was a kid). Collin Mocharie (one of the main characters) tweeted the other day that its coming back on the air with all the origional cast, besides Drew Carry :'( But still great news nonetheless!!

I really enjoyed watching that show on television. I remember the original host, a Brit, I can't remember his name now. I enjoyed that more than when Carey took over, to be honest.

Game Show Network has
"Drew Carys Improvaganza "
Its the same thing as whose line.

Plus there is a chain of comedy clubs that does this live.
Check http://www.comedysportz.com/
for one near you.

There is one in Alexandria for the locals. Been there many many times my self.
Tons of fun.

I don't think theres anymore news on it besides that it is in fact coming back with Ryan Styles, Wayne Brady, Collin Mocharie, and I guess random guests like they used too. No date or anything yet though. My favorite moment was when Richard Simmons was on the show, its sooooooo damn funny, it should be on youtube floating around.

That one and David Hasselhoff's guest appearance were probably my favs.

I grew up watching this show and I was DEVASTATED when it was canceled. I wonder if it will be as good as it used to be without Drew Carey. I hope Chip Esten (now playing in the TV show Nashville) also returns but sadly, I don't see it happening. He was easily my favorite of the recurring guest cast.

Has it been announced what network is gonna carry the show?

Clive Anderson!!!! :D

I watched the British version obsesseively and then "Drew's Line" (as me and my friends called it) obsessively as well.

I've seen Wayne Brady do a live improv show, and I've seen Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood live too. :D

I think my favorite skit ever was the 'Weird Newscasters' where Wayne did the sports on a broken treadmill.. I still bust a gut laughing when I watch it....but there are so many great skits. I'm happy to hear it's coming back. :)

What's everyone's favorite game on there? I'm going with Scenes From a Hat or If You Know What I Mean.

Oh God. There's so many. If I had to pick just three, my favorites would be Strange 3-Headed Broadway, Questions Only and Helping Hands.

I hope that with it being on CW that they will be able to have a little more fun with some of the jokes. You could tell the show changed after Disney bought ABC because some of the possibly inappropriate jokes were completely gone (like the audience suggesting "porno" for a movie genre).

I really enjoyed Whose Line - especially Scenes From A Hat, and also News Flash.

I am pleased to see it come back.

Has anyone seen the bloopers for this show on youtube? I wont post because they are shockingly vulgar, but hilarrious. Ryan Styles is the worst haha
