Your bid was entered 7:02. The Final Five starts at 6:55 and bidding ends at 7:00. Then there's a 15 minute period in which a leading bidder before the Final Five can counter a bid that was entered before between 6:55 and 7:00.

no, read the rules at the start of the post...at the end of the FA period 7pm..you state if you want to counter or have a single bid...at that point you PM someone with your highest dollar (as does the other person)..highest bid wins..as stated you dont do it in here after 7

No, only counters done from the 7:00 to the 7:15 mark by the previous leading bidder are done via PM. Here's the segment from the rule book, "This member then PMs both GMs, who will reply with the highest bid they are prepared to go. Unless in the event of a tie, only ONE bid is permitted. Winner receives the contractual rights to the player." None of us received the PM, which was a mistake, and one that is really unfortunate. But that's why your counter after 7:00 wasn't valid.

I understand... I'm fine with it as long as every single counter was sent through a PM after a final-five bid was posted. I have a hard time believing that's the case, but like I said I'll deal with it.
