He's done a lot of anti-bullying stuff in the past and that's an extremely tragic story. Ray Rice is correct that it should be considered a crime and the people that commit crimes should be punished accordingly - in this case, nothing can make up for the fact that they robbed a family of their child. Unfortunately this is just one of many sad stories...

Couldn't have more respect for Ray Rice. He's always been involved with this stuff and i appreciate all his work. But in the end, bad parents make bad kids and not much ray can do about that.

As a past victim of bullying (harsh bullying too) I give props to you Ray.
Bullying was one of the many reasons why I went on a mental breakdown a few years ago. Kinda shaped who I am today. A kid who's mad at the world and is struggled to live at a point of time (I was on suicide watch). I'm happier now. I've helped kids with there bullying problems. My two younger bros don't get picked on bc I taught them to defend theirselves. And if thats not enough. I'll defend them too.

Is bullying a CRIME? Depends. Verbal bullying? No.... People are cruel with that. Cyber and Physical Bullying? Yes. Those are crimes.

It's a great gesture of Ray Rice to start the anti-bullying cuz I think it should be stopped and criminal for those physically abusing other kids. It has to start with parents and families cuz those bully kids are the results of the problematic families.

All we (parents) have to do is to start loving and caring your own children more and the bullying stuffs will never happen in the first place.

PS: Parent, please love your child and teach them right and wrong.......

That's great what Ray is doing and so many other guys do as well. Rarely do you see things like this on SupersCenter, but they are quick to call Brady a saint for helping his teams cap number. I remember watching First Take during the Super Bowl week and Skip made a comment about how the Ravens are the most selfish group of players he's seen, but they find a way to come together on Sundays and make it work. Stephen A. agreed and I thought...wow talk about 2 guys who don't have a clue. I don't know what happens in otther cities but the Ravens make it a effort to go out and connect with the city. So many of these guys current and former players make such a impact on this city off the football field it's amazing. Hell Matt Birk just announced retirement while reading to school kids and it had nothing to do with publicity.

Things like this should be talked about so much more but they are not. Instead, you shut down sports programs for 2 days to talk about a fake girlfriend hoax. We all need to wake up because we all have a responsibility to the youth. In today's world negativity and materializing things is a better such then something that will actually have a positive impact on people. You hate to see these guy do things for publicity, but I wish these guys would start demanding a camera crew be present every time the do positive things and shove it down peoples throat as much as the negative things are. The same reality is, not many people really care about things like this. We'd rather talk about how much a guy made, his worth and even what he order at McDonald's after signing then talk about this. This thread will never be as long a the one we just had about Flacco asking for 20M and I understand why. But i feel this should be one of the hottest topics. Because it's impacting and positive.
