Earlier on the 1st page of this thread, I posted a bid for Will Beatty.

Everyone who bid after that quoted Crush, not my original bid. Nobody bid on Beatty in the final five, where you can non-quote a player. Because of this, I feel like I should have Beatty. The rules say you have to quote the original bid. The rules don't say I need to tell anyone they didn't quote me.
