The Kruger that the Ravens need is Paul. T-Sizzle healhy with Paul,Upshaw,Arthur Jones&McPhee adding Michael McAdoo anchored by Ngata will be awesome. We are primed and loaded if WE can keep just "our" free agents and get our IR players back healthy. Don't forget Hamilton,Nigel Carr will be on the roster too.

Freddy? Yeah, in your DREAMS. eeeek

Imagine if we were able to keep Paul and one of the other Krugers went to the 49ers. OMG how weird would that be.

We are not keeping Paul Kruger over Danelle ellerbee................cut Kruger, get a younger cheaper version or two(draft them both) and save some dough!

Your sleeping on how good Paul is and how much better he's going to be.

Wow - most of the time the younger brothers are better since the older one sets the stage. At least that's how it always was in wrestling. Wonder if that's the case here

What do you guys think about Tyrann Mathieu? Let's be honest with his showing and his previous on the field history as a playmaker. He wont be on the board by the 4-5th round at the latest. I think if available to us as a middle pick somewhere, we should get him. Go watch some of his highlights and you would understand. Ed reed could also mentor his for a year, which would help him as a ballhawk.

I agree, I mean this guy is a playmaker. Webb could transition to FS in the near future and Tyrann could be our slot CB!! well thats just me dreaming.... but, i mean, wow that would be awesome :)

and about the krugers=monster family

Joe Kruger looks like a solid player in the mid rounds. Would be a nice addition and replacement

Yes, but what are the odds of that happening. It will take a miracle just to hang on to the Kruger we already have.

Not saying that it WILL happen, just playing the what if game

I'm going to need for people to stop drinking the Kruger koolaid! Paul is a great player, yes but for 2 years prior he was considered a bust yet the Ravens kept him and trusted him to do better...that alone should warren some respect to the Ravens organization. That's me personally.

How do you define bust? If I remember correctly, they wanted him to drop weight, then they wanted him to bulk up.

Nevermind the fact that he was playing behind Trevor Pryce in his second season, Jarrett Johnson his first 2 seasons...

Let's draft both Joe and Dave just in case we have to let Paul go in free agency.

I'd love to see them keep Paul but Paul hired a new agent in December and said he was going after "top pass rusher money". Paul is not a top pass rusher, he's not a 3 down linebacker. He capitalizes on cleaning up plays and is a product of the system. He only had 1.5 sacks this season until Suggs came back and he could split time with Upshaw. It'd be nice to see 99 back in Baltimore but not at that price tag. As for drafting his brother...do we have another 3 years to wait for another Kruger to develop into an average pass rusher?

I still say I would keep Kruger over Ellerbe any day. Ellerbe surprised me and finally had a break out season. Kruger honestly broke out last year, with 5.5 sacks as a specialist. He turned into more and more of an "every down" back later into this season, and especially in the playoffs. Upshaw is obviously a good player, but I still think it would be worth a look to try and convert him into a MLB, and have him and McClain be starters in the middle. Have Kruger and Suggs on the outside. Not a bad idea if you ask me.

But hey. I don't run the team lol.

We already have one Komeotu brother that's a steeler and one is ours. Arthur Jones' younger brother is a Patriot. Then we had Harbiwl. Now we will have Kruger vs Kruger. Vs Kruger. Football is definitely a family affair.

Paul Kruger has value and now a ring. He is going to get paid and I have a feeling it wont be by the Ravens. Ellerbe will be the next signing after the Joe is taken care of. Boldin will be a Raven next year. Leach will be released and I have mixed feelings. He is a great fullback but where the fullback goes the tailback normally follows helping the defense read the run.
