hopefully jacoby has natural ballroom talent...as in he can pick up the moves pretty well. I'm no expert but ballroom dancing seems hard and of course its a different style of dance. I remember Heinz was good and Ochocinco was pretty good. I think the athletes have all been pretty good in the past. regardless, im voting for jj!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recall reading somewhere that his mother taught him many of the dances they will do and he danced "semi professionally" as a child.

Sort of inclined to agree here. Massive props to Jacoby for showing up with some huge plays all season, but when a normal stat sheet for a game for Jacoby looks like: 2-3 targets, 1 catch for 50 yds, you need more than just a big play a gae from your #3 receiver (insert "Cam was part of this problem" here). I'll give Jacoby a pass for now because he came up huge for us in the playoffs and he has the right to do something he wants to do as long as it doesn't conflict with OTAs. But I'd be lying if I said I'd rather see him on a reality tv competition instead of working with Flacco and the JUGS machine in a month or so...especially if the Boldin situation continues to go south.

I disagree. I big play per game is all it takes to back the defense out of the box and open up the running game.

Yes Jacoby made the plays, but lets not act like any other wideout in the NFL with some speed could not have made similar plays. Both of the deep bombs in the playoffs(Denver last minute, Superbowl when Jones fell and then juked a guy for a TD) were caught like punts. Big plays do not involve the opposing secondary taking a complete dump on their assignments.

I think that athletes are normally good because they are used to tough training and they follow directions well, and they can stand the rigors of that training, particularly football players.
