Who Should I Start?

4 posts in this topic

I've got a crazy week with my 3rd WR spot, with all of them having good matchups.

Which one would you start out of:

Donnie Avery (faces Chicago's 30th ranked pass D)
Braylon Edwards (vs. Houston's 17th)
or Antonio Bryant (at Detroit's 23rd)

I have 2 questions guys. I just dropped Flacco in favor of Chad Pennington. Chad got 30 fantasy points sitting on my bench while Romo got me 23 fantasy points. Now this week both Romo and Chad have favorable match ups as Romo goes against Seattles defense and Chad goes up against the Rams defense. I am in favor of benching Romo but I'm not sure. Also for my RB issue, I have been using McGahee and he hasn't been getting me that many points, I picked up Derrick Ward and Le'Ron McClain. I also have Matt Forte but I don't like his match up against the Vikings defense. Help me here. I have 4 great RB's and need to start 2 of them, and should I bench Romo for Chad this week since Chad's matchup is more in his favor than Romo's matchup?

Despite his 30 points last week <_< Chad Pennington is a backup fantasy quarterback and he shouldn't be your starter if your in a small league. I'd definitely start Romo when he goes up against the Seahawks weeeeeaaaaak Defense. He's gonna go...or let me rephrase it, he should go crazy on the Seahawks secondary. I'd start Matt Forte because the Vikings offense will not keep up point wise against Chicago and the Bears will run Forte especially with a lead to kill the clock regardless if the Vikes have success against the run or not. More touches = More opportunities at points and Forte is one of the best in the league. I'd start McClain over McGahee based on what he did last time against the Bengals but every time I do it bites me in the ******. I have both of them 2. If you have 3 good wide outs I'd use the 3rd one as a flex option but if you're in a deep league and the FA is pretty much dry and you're weak in the WR department, I'd start both McClain and McGahee against the Bengals. Somebody's scoring and the way we run the ball I like our match up for both backs next week.
