We meant to have this done through PMs to a 3rd party (JO) who isnt online. So how does that work?

First they have to say I want to counter offer in the thread so the person who won knows, then we need someone to take care of the offers, maybe crush or yourself or truth?

I thought the counter period was during the last 5 minutes, until 7:05. I think they've missed their chance.

I don't think 5 minutes is enough time. I think it should be 30 personally. Most of us are already going off our phones. If there's lag, etc. I think it should be 30 minutes to counter offer.
