Week 12: Philadelphia Eagles At Baltimore Ravens

We need to get somthing going on offense. The run was working earlier we need to get back to that. McClain has been finding room and Rice can make guys miss. So, what if Willis gets mad, those two need to be getting the bulk of the carries. Willis is slow and everytime he comes in we lose yards.

As bad as McNabb is playing, the Eagles are still within a field goal. This game is shades of the Titans/Steelers losses.

Or the Oakland or Cleveland 2 game.

I don't think you can merely run it in the I-formation, regardless of the back. To be effective, we're going to need to hit McClain on the short passes/sweeps and set up screens for Rice.

Pessimism = lack of support?

Agreed. The offensive playcalling in the first half is reminiscent of what I do in Madden...

...that's not a good thing.

But other than that, at least the defense is back to form, after getting embarassed last week. Now, the special teams unit (minus Sam Koch) needs to clamp down, and the offense needs to get into rhythm.

We need to keep Flacco under 20- 25 pass attempts because the more he's under pressure the more likely it is for him to make mistakes. He's already close to 20. We need to pound the ball, eventually the Eagles defense will break.
I like the plan of using Rice as a receiver and McClain as running back. McGahee is just slow
he is slow sometimes until he gets into the secondary then he is explosive

Hopefully, they'll break if we can protect the QB.

Thats B.S., McClain has found plenty of burst without getting to the secondary and every time McGahee comes in he gets hit two yards behind the LOS. He's to slow to beat a D line back to the LOS. They need to bench him.

Has anyone went and watch the Ravens at a visiting Stadium if so where? Me Redskins about 8 years ago Ravens 20-17 win. Last year in Buffalo an embarrassing loss

Their secondary is too good. We haven't given the ball up yet. We win the field position because we are punting and they are not. Flats and run to keep the secondary off deep coverage.

Right, because a ten point deficit at home is insurmountable.

I was going to go to the Giants game last week. Good thing I didn't

I'm worried about Kevin Kolb being in at QB right now.

I don't think Kolb is that good of a QB, but I'm worried that he'll catch some lucky breaks since there isn't much film on him at all.

True but he'll make mistakes.
