we could tell all our players to workout during the offseason keep lifting, running and doing the necessary workouts to stay in shape during the offseaseon and consider the strength and conditioning coach for the Redskins because he has done it throughout his entire career.

And BTW, this is the worst thread I have ever seen here. What to you think players do in the offseason??? Just because a few idiots around the league do stupid things and get arrested, it doesn't mean the whole NFL does.
