1. Kevin Minter ILB LSU- will be new leader of defense soon
2. DJ Swearinger S SC- big hitter, learn under Reed under year, could be SS when pollard leaves
3. Williams Missouri Southern DT- both solid DT and will have immediate impact
4. Faulk LSU T- IF he is there if not might need to trade up to early 4
4. (Comp)- Pugh Howard OLB- good senior week and underrated because of small school
5. Tyrann Matheiu CB LSU- take the risk
5. (Comp)- Joe Kruger Utah DE- pretty good pass rush
6. Mike Williams TE Alabama- good blocking TE
6. (Comp)- Kenny Tate OLB Maryland- if muscles up a little solid pass rusher, fast

I dont know I feel like 3rd round is primal territory to grab a FS. Ozzie recenlty said that we have alot of intriguing prospects behind Ed Reed like Omar Brown who everyone around the facility calls "Baby-Reed" and others as well. This is a deep safety class and there are guys we could get in the 3rd or even 4th who would be solid backups to provide great competition for the starting FS of the future-Baccari Rambo, Tony Jefferson, TJ McDonald to name a few. And if we were to take a safety in the 2nd I would see us targeting guys like Matt Elam, Eric Reid, and Phillip Thomas before Swearinger, even if that means trading up. However it is too early to know that...like I always say things around this time of year are so prone to change, what if we cant sign Reed? Then that makes safety the biggest need in the draft IMO. So right now Im waiting to see whether or not we can retain Reed or not which I am optiistic we can...thus making safety a mere mid pick opportunity

I'm a fan. Love Minter, Brandon Williams, & Faulk. Joe Kruger intrigues me. I really like Mathieu. Swearinger I also like quite a bit. And Mike Williams. There's really nobody I dislike here.

Really like this mock. I'm a big fan of Minter and Swearinger is also one of my favorite prospects. I'm not familiar with Howard, but everything else looks good.

I was thinking that we should pick Minter back when Te'o was projected higher. There is a good chance that we will trade down out of the first round to pick up an extra pick. That would most probably keep us from getting either player.

Not sure he meant to take them in those rounds, but if he did then that makes no sense, yes. I kinda just figured he was listing guys he liked.

Pretty much. I put the names I thought out of my head that I felt were high to low. Didn't know Khaseem, Sam Montgomery/ Arthur Brown were projected that high after looking them up online.

It's a mock draft people, relax...have fun with the draft pick and stop trying to troll over people's mock draft. Christ
