I think he plays this season. I don't see them getting rid of both of them.Keomatu IMO is all but gone. Cody for at least one more season,will be affordable depth.

He's not even really "swallowing" blockers a la Sam Adams or Tony Siragusa, who were also decent pass rushers... maybe he can take some notes from fellow Crimson Tide member, Courtney Upshaw, who worked hard down in and down out and steadily improved all year, culminating in a huge FF in the Super Bowl.

Difference between him and Kruger are that Kruger has always shown that he has tremendous talent, ever since college. He was being unused and/or misused his first couple years.

Perhaps. Could also be that he was being asked to do too much. He's not great against the run and started thriving when put into a rush specialist role. That's what you meant, though.

Or maybe he got more comfortable in the new system? It was everyone's first year with Pees.
