@Stephenjr

No need to panic. They said that already in a "State of The Ravens" press conf. Besides, who else can find a pure gold in a late draft like Ozzie can?

A guy moves from the Ravens to another team and the secret's out, so it's bound to get out anyway!

The issue is what happens during the practices! How do the youngsters get the measure of what a pro player is expected to accomplish? Good coaches!!!

love Josh Bynes... I really think that he could step in and play for us. BYNES has potential to be a starter in the NFL

I enjoy watching our lesser known guys step up and make plays. They know their job is at stake and are doing everything they can. Good call Harbs.

Well...once our coaches start leaving for coordinator and head coaching jobs, they'll take that blueprint with them

Can't argue with the results, but wouldn't you want veterans putting veteran moves on the youngsters to prepare them for what other teams will do?

Some of our young guys and new guys did a excellelnt job of stepping up for us all year. Chykie did ok when he got playing time but the unsung hero in my opinion is Corey Graham...he stepped up big time for us. Wonder if he will be a starter alongside Spider Webb or strictly nickel.
