Just to make sure, assuming the vote is approved, am I waiting on the start of FA to know whether I can assume control or 12 hours prior to, that being 7 am EST?

Thanks. Should he still be absent by that time, it would give me some time to prepare my team before FA. I didn't realize that Chase Daniel was a UFA, so I'd likely be active in the first round of it, and I might have to clear a bit of cap space. I'll wait to see if there are any objections.

*****NEW VOTING ISSUE********

Issue: "More time to allow more pay"
- Issue looks to add more time after the designated free agent period that ends at 7pm EST for SINGLE BID on PLAYERS. Currently we have a five minute period after the end of FA that allows GMs to state if they want to bid on a player there were outbid on in during the FA process. Because of issues in the first QB period discussion has led to this vote

OPTIONS:

A) Keep as is and only allow 5 minutes for Bidding again (single bid method where you send your highest offer to JO or Crush or someone)

or

B ) Have bidding again period last 15 minutes after FA period (ex. bidding ends at 7pm EST, single bid period would last till 7:15pm EST)

or

C) Have bidding again period last 30 minutes after FA period (ex. bidding ends at 7pm EST, single bid period would last till 7:30pm EST)

- The NFL released the cap number as 124 M, slightly higher than we initially expected and worked with so should we adjust with this new info?

Option A) Keep cap at 127 stars as we initially had
reasoning: Simplicity for GMs involved, and we already added cap for draft

OR

Option B )Adjust cap to 129 stars to account for ~2M difference
reasoning: Adjusting with actual, and helps cash strapped teams

It's actually 123.9, which would round up to 124. And I'm definitely voting Option B.
