Option 2. But the trade needs to be confirmed.

So this means that the Wilson pick is reversed correct?

I would assume until the vote passes, yes. But that means that the Draft will be on hold until the 24 hours are up for this voting process.
well sure Indy is on the clock anyway, and aren't active, so there time will run out, then its me and I won't get to make my pick to around this time tomorrow anyway, so we aren't really holding anything up

The latter sounds encouraging, but the Colts GM wouldn't be allowed to make his selection at this moment, because what happens if he takes Marquess Wilson and Option 2 passes? Mt. Crushmore would lose his selection for no reason. If we're removing the Buffalo selection, then we're currently back at 125, which belongs to Crushmore unless Option 1 passes, of which we will not know until the 24 hours for this voting process are up.
well no he wouldn't lose it, because that just means the colts GM hasn't officially confirmed the trade, this it ceases to exist

And 125 doesn't belong to crush, it still belongs to Indy until they confirm the trade. The 24 hour time limit on that pick has expired, and we are now on 126 which is he colts again. And it expires in about 7 hours, then its me..

That's how it should be anyway.

I think this whole mess could be sorted initially by crush deleting his pick and Indy still being on the clock until they come back online, and explain then confirm the trade.

Perhaps crush can reach out to the Indy gm and see if they are coming back online. If they apear, confirm the trade with an explanation and make their current pick I am ok with it. If they don't return they should just have the rest of their picks skipped null the trade and move in. If the Indy gm is any kind of stand up guy I think he could just take five minutes and be honest about his intentions...after all there is no money involved with this game.

I vote option #2.

I also don't think Crush's pick counts because the Colts GM hasn't yet confirmed it. As such, the pick doesn't belong to him by technicality. Thus, he has unfortunately revealed his hand, which is actually pretty unfortunate & pretty severe punishment for something I don't think was done maliciously.

Crush has been a very good participant here. I really like his involvement. I can't rule out or rule for collusion because there's no evidence on it. As far as I believe he's innocent until proven guilty here, and there's nothing to prove that as Truth said. With that said, the Colts GM should make an appearance at least to avoid losing his team if he does still have interest.

We don't know if something happened to him personally. He may not have lost interest (though the circumstances should like he did since Crush never told us anything to the contrary), but I don't want to go pointing fingers without proof. I feel like we should have some sort of time limit before we eject a GM. You know, a standard. For instance, if someone is inactive X days (not online) or misses X amount of draft picks then they are ejected. If you want to vote on anything, that is what I would like to vote. Not necessarily ejecting a member, but creating a standard upon which we can eject GMs.

So do we all agree that crushs pick is void based on the Indy GM not confirming it, rather than collusion? Meaning Indy is othe clock with pick 126, pick 125 has been skipped. At 12.02, when pick 124 was made, the pick then moves on to pick 127 which is me. Indy can still make there picks at any time if they haven't prior to their time running out.

Quote and confirm or quote and stat objections to this.

Also just so I'm clear, I didnt know crush had picked and after it was brought to my attention I seen he has took wilson. He's number one on my board by that's not my agenda here
if Indys GM comes on and confirms it, were all good here, because as I said its going to be the guts of 24 hours from now before I can make my selection, so he has plenty of time

no, if he done it though the boards when the colts GM is active I'd have no issue with it.
what's the difference between a pm and text. Nothing. Colts GM still has to come on the board to confirm it anyway and idk why this trade is even up to a vote when it hasn't even been confirmed. This is absolutely ludicrous.
plenty of other trades where vetoed before confirmation... And what's I meant was posted hes interested in trading back and crush s deal being the best so he traded, that way there is zero risk of collusion

Anyway, I'm off to bed, sort it out however yous see fit without me involved because as I said I'm high on wilson and hadn't knew he was selected so its probably better for me to stay neutral at this stage. And unless something changed I won't be ale to make my pick to about 8 pm my time tomorrow, so 4 est.

I really dont think any were. Refresh my memory with an example if you could.

As for your other point, he isn't obligated to do any of that. If Crush sent him an offer and he accepted (no matter what the means) its fair game.
he may not have even traded if he was active though, and thus crush being able to contact him outside of here when no one else can is an unfair advantage..

Voting Discussion: Takeover of the 49ers' Franchise

Possible Agendas:
- How to decide on their remaining 8 draft selections
- How to decide on finishing up their franchise

Reasons:
Skipping their draft picks disservices their fanbase and the spirit of the mock offseason, if there were any.

Possible Draft Decision Vote:
Option 1: Select for them after every franchise has finished their draft (Basically end of the draft)
Option 2: Select according to draft position (So smash all their skipped picks then pick the remaining according to position)
Abstain: Leave it alone

Possible Draft Selection Vote:
Option A: Appoint a member or members to select for them?
Option B: First Come First Serve Basis (Whoever wants to pick gets to pick one of their eight picks)
Abstain: Wait for their GM to come, if he ever does

Possible Mock Offseason Appointment Vote:
Option 1: Find a Caretaker or caretakers
Abstain: Screw the 49ers!

Possible Mock Draft Caretaker or Caretakers:
If Option A of Draft Selection Vote (Appoint a member or members to select for them) passes:

Option A: Whoever wants the job, takes it. (Preferably a new GM who won't destroy the franchise, since they're already set)

Option B: Pick Truth, Mt. Crushmore, or someone trustworthy to clean up their state of franchise and depth chart and complete their roster and offseason

It's a legit voting and reason.

What's the point of the draft with 8 missing picks from the 49ers. We have to be more realistic than that.
