Agree. Pull his two 4ths and if that doesn't fix the problem, just keep on pulling picks. If he wants to act this way because he knows good and well that he is being annoying on purpose and is enjoying making the rest of us miserable then punish him.

Many of the participants of this game consider this to be trolling, and some have even complained that it is ruining the purpose of the game. He is acting like a child, and is pissing everyone off (and is increasing my insanity). He has admitted to using this underhanded practice to accumulate picks. He has also posted several trades without the permission of the other GM involved.[/font][/color]

[b]Solution(for his future and current pick[s]):[/b]

[b]There are two possible solutions[/b]

If Corvus continues his ways, more picks can, and will, be docked in the future. This will show Corvus that there are consequences for his lack of respect to all other GMs participating.[/font][/color]

[color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]B. Do nothing and let Corvus continue to behave like a petulant child with no consequences.[/font][/color]


Pros: This will prevent Corvus from stalling at least the 4th round, punish him for holding up the game and intentionally pissing off other GMs, and hopefully prevent him from doing this type of thing for the rest of the draft.

Cons: Corvus technically hasn't broken any enumerated rules.

The vote ends when a majority of owners (17) have voted for either A or B, or at 1:04 PM 3/23/2013

I can understand that point, but it is actually something that happens in the real NFL as punishment for teams using shady, underhanded practices so it isn't exactly unprecedented. If that's how you feel state your case and try to sway other GMs. I certainly respect your vote and your opinion but I think that it is appropriate here.

true but it's not like he doesn't know what he's doing and is going to stop. He claimed he'll stop like 3 trades ago. It's just holding up this game and making it less fun. We would of been well into the 4th round if it wasn't for corvus stalling for the past couple nights consecutively. He's intentionally forcing GMs to deal with him

He's not forcing anyone to do anything. I agree that it is underhanded and rude, but that doesnt make it OK to take his picks away. He has every right to use 24 hours as frustrating as it is.

And this is coming from someone who truly despises this. If Goodell couldnt force the Bears to send us their 4th rounder, we cant force Corvus to give us his. However, like Goodell, I think it would be in the best interest of Corvus to refrain from doing this any further as it will get him banned from the game in the future and I believe that is something that we should put to a vote.

With that said, with Corvus' actions & behavior, there's a very legit chance he has killed his opportunity to participate in future renditions of this mock.

My issue with Corv isn't "playing unfairly", but rather stems from his intolerable behavior, persistent attempts to post unconfirmed trades, constantly insulting other members (without criticism, either), as well as purposely delaying the game to maximize his chances of getting a trade. He could simply post his trades in advance, set up deals.

Then again, that's not his fault. A lot of GMs here post they want to trade down. Some do discuss the possibility, but far too often GMs don't message other GMs until it's too late. That is equally to blame here. Corvus has a right to trade down. No wrong there. It's also not his fault other GMs wait until his pick to message him with trade offers, of which I myself have seen first hand.

It's a two-way street, and everyone is honestly equally to blame here. With that said, this absolutely needs to be remedied next year.
