Here is some reasons why i like Joe Flacco.

1) He isn't selfish like Cam Newton.
2) He isn't a whinny [profanity deleted] like Tom Brady.
3) He isn't old like Payton Manning.
4) He isn't over-hyped like Tim Tebow.
5) He isn't injury prone like Mike Vick.
6) He isn't a turnover machine like Mark Sanchez.
7) He doesn't lose games in the 4th quarter like Tony Romo
8) He doesn't have high profile off the field incidents like Ben Roethlisberger.
9) He doesn't run his mouth like Phillip Rivers.
10) He actually wins play off games unlike Matt Ryan.

Just like Ray Ray said i'll always have been a Joe Flacco fan and always will be.....Im not ripping on the other qbs these are just values that im happy Joe has.

One thing I think you missed - according to everyone, all he wants to do is get better and he works incredibly hard in the film room, in the gym, and on the field to get better. He might say he's the best and mentally have that attitude, but unlike say, if reports are to be believed, Sanchez, Joe doesn't say he's the best to make more money, he says he's the best because he believes he's the best, and more importantly, he'll do what he has to to prove he's the best. He has a huge chip on his shoulder, and he'll work as hard as he has to to prove everyone wrong.

He cares only what his teammates think of him and holds himself accountable.

Edit: He also has no ceiling. Elite size, athleticism and arm strength, football IQ and work ethic. The guy is going to be as good as he wants to be and that's scaring the pants off the rest of the league right now.

1. He just won the Super-Bowl, and was the game's MVP.
2. He has the strongest arm in the NFL, and he's accurate too.
3. He's smart, and makes good decisions with the football
4. He's calm, cool, and collected on/off the field
5. He's a leader in more ways than one
6. He's still a baby in football years, let's see how he handles success.
7. His team believes in him, and sticks up for him
8. He's tougher than he looks, and has proven he is durable.
9. He should be around for a long time
10. He's our quarterback! (sobs like T.O for dramatic effect)

I got one reason why I like Joe:

1. He got us to the playoffs four years in a row and won the Super Bowl in his fifth.

I like that one, but his most underrated attribute is the fact that he hasn't missed a snap (not counting end of game, games that dont matter) The thing is, Joe has been absolutely drilled many times and the only injury ive ever heard about the guy was like a bruised hip.

We will re-sign Joe, and my prediction is that we will see Boldin on the team next year because he restructures rather than retires.

1. He's a good, modest guy who works hard with an underlying competitive edge.
2. He shows immediate improvement about what he's criticized over (remember that whole "pocket awareness" thing? Interceptions?)
3. He has a monster arm and great deep ball accuracy.
4. He never gets sacked outside the pocket and has the strength to break arm tackles.
5. He shows up big when he's called upon.
6. He can make every throw and make it while under pressure or getting hit.
7. He's a guy who can quiet the voices of dissonance with his play alone. Even when they refuse to shut up.
8. He's helped bring wins and consistency to an up-and-down organization.

8's enough. I don't have to pad it to get it up to 10.

I've been a Joe fan since he got here, will he have crappy games? sure but he will strive to be better--he has never thrown 5 ints in a game like Peyton, he doesn't cry and scream like Brady and Rivers and he fits here and I hope he gets the same send off Ray did. I just wish the national press would ease up some for his parents sake.
Joe in NYC for fashion week

I wanted to give my wife the opportunity to be pampered a little bit,” Mr. Flacco told The New York Times. “I wanted her get some outfits and get her makeup done,” he said.
“I’m usually pretty laid back. Going into a laid-back atmosphere every day for work, it doesn’t require this stuff too often. Just jeans and a nice comfortable shirt.”

You can't ask for nicer man on and off the field. Joe also needed the fashion help lol

All the reasons that i have read here i agree with. The single most important reason for me is this:

He reminds me of another Baltimore QB. He's quiet he's a pro. he has good work ethic He cares about this team and this city. He does one thing better than any QB in football. WIN

11) He isn't Kyle Boller

Number 1 - He's not Elvis!

Just a synopsis of the 10...... Joe is a talented QB that has yet to reach his performance ceiling. And I luv that he is a humble family man who represents the Team in a most positive way. Keep your rah rah, helmet slamming guys. Joe is THE MAN!
