i have a question.. sportrac still has jamaal browns contract (3.5 star hit) on the top 51 salaries but his contract from what ive read was voided because of injuries? and he is a free agent now..

whats the read on that?

Also cut rbs Alex Green (.5), James Starks (.5), Brandon Saine (.5), WR Jeremy ross (.5), TE Ryan Taylor (.5)

Funny thing: all the Giants linemen and tackles are either paid exorbitantly or the bare minimum. It made for a lot of nitpicking and the unfortunate sacrifices of some notables.

Thanks for clarifying.

And man. Some really big names were cut. Even cheap players who are young, recently drafted and cheap were cut. I'm not sure what you guys are thinking. I cut some players, but it was mostly unperforming players with big contracts. Nobody who is of good value.

I didn't understand that one either. Prince was a top pick in 2011 after Peterson. He has a lot of potential. Been injiured but wow.

I would've traded for him if I knew he was getting cut. You can't find a CB with his skill & potential for 1S.

So would I. Shoot with some of the big names being released as of late, this could alter my draft strategy enough to allow me to take Leon Sandcastle at # 2 if I am able to sign some free agents.
