I like it for both teams. Both owners are getting players that are a better fit for their defensive scheme.

Let people do what they want. I mean they could just a cut guy instead, which would probably be a better option. I'm sitting here in Jacksonville just game planning Free Agency and the Draft while I sit and watch everyone trade players lol.
