He isn't retired in this mock, he can still play at a high level, and retired most likely due to accomplishing his goals rather than decline & realized he would most likely be cut due to the changes happening now on the team.

Who does the Cowboys grab for a QB?

That Saints trade all, but signed up Andre Smith. Saints got enough money to beat out any competition for Andre Smith, unless the Bengals can drop the Benjamins on him.

There's a chance, but I doubt that they would pursue him. They did make the decision to cut him when they had a bit of cap left, and that was before the Draft. They now have Branden Albert at LT, Terron Armstead at RT, and Travelle Wharton behind him. Either way, I have confidence in Chris Hairston. He played very well at LT and RT this season in both the passing and running game.

There's one QB I think very highly of left in this draft, and I'm not talking about Klein, either. Lol. I like Klein, but I don't think he does anything as a QB in the NFL. I see him as a good gimmick player.

Landry Jones is a good system QB, but doesn't have any elite tools, so I see him as a Ryan Fitzpatrick type QB.

The rest are developmental QBs.
